Mrinal Singh
Mrinal Singh has 18 plus years of experience as Head of Risk Management at Dun & Bradstreet India and as the Senior Vice President at SMERA Ratings Limited. He has more than 18 years of experience in banking and risk management solutions, credit ratings and business development. He was part of the Committee for Incubation at the NSIC Incubation Centre at NSIC HO and was part of the core team for designing and implementation of the NSIC MSME Credit Rating scheme under the aegis of the Ministry of MSME in 2004.

Deepak Gupta
Deepak Gupta was the National Manager of Dun & Bradstreet India. He has more than 15 years of experience in banking and risk management solutions, sales and business development. He was Co-Chairman-Marketing, PR and Advertising Committee for Delhi Management Association. He has been instrumental in setting up Project Appraisal Services in D&B and has successfully led the market in the leader position offering TEV studies for banks /corporates including greenfield, brownfield investments and restructuring.

Sanjeev Agarwal
Sanjiv Agrawal is a commerce and law graduate and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as well as a Certified Fraud Examiner. He has been liaising and corresponding regularly with banks, lawyers, CFO’s, controllers and investment advisors in various projects. He has managed corporate assignments pertaining to BIFR and also independent handling of public issues as a financial consultant, issuing audited financial statements and suggesting unique tax planning to various corporations.

Mr. Ravikanth has more than 10 years of experience in field of preparation of Techno Economic Viability studies. He has conducted over 700 TEVs in various industries. He has a past work experience in Dun & Bradstreet and APITCO (Andhra Pradesh Industrial Technical Consultancy Organisation). In the field of project viability studies, he has visited more than 700 plants and has successfully completed the work including restructuring and resolution plan as per the satisfaction of lenders, clients and the company.

Mr. Rakesh Singhal retired in 2011 as the Head of the Consultancy Cell, State Bank of India after duly serving the bank for 33 years. Since retirement, he is actively involved with corporates as a consultant in his wide area of expertise that includes project appraisal, recovery & rehabilitation, advances etc and in freelance consultancy on compilation of TEV reports, preparation of loan applications including compilation of CMA data. He is an alumnus of University of Roorkee, presently IIT (Roorkee) and is CAIIB certified.

Mr. Sharma has over 29 years of work experience in the banking and consultancy sector. He has conducted more than 1000 TEV studies of SME units and 40 industry studies. He has experience in rehabilitation and restructuring proposals and specialized credit training programmes for bank offices dealing in SME advances. He has conducted 28 EDPs and FDPs at various universities, management and engineering colleges covering more than 2000 students. He has conducted 37 EDPs at National Institute for Entrepreneurship & Small Business Development, Noida (NIESBUD).

Mr. Vaish has professional experience as Project Manager, Project Finance SBU, State Bank of India (Corporate Centre, Mumbai) and as the Chief Manager- SME. As Chief Manager SME his responsibilities included framing of policy initiatives / products for SMEs and identification of industrial clusters and helping them in modernization of technology (UPTECH) etc. He is CAIIB certified and holds a degree BE Hons Degree in BITS Pilani. He is on the teaching faculty of NIIT IFBI since 2014.
